The Minimum order quantity will be listed per item unless otherwise discussed.

Full pre-payment is required on all wholesale orders.

Orders shipped within Ontario are subject to 13% HST.

Regular shipping: approximately 2 weeks.

Shipping costs tend to decrease for larger orders, so when possible, order multiple items at once to save on shipping fees.

Lambshead Studio is run by one artist, and every piece is handmade and crafted entirely without industrial machinery.

Due to the nature of ceramics, the estimated production time for an order is a minimum of 3 weeks from the start of production. This timeframe may change depending on the season, order size, and studio workload.
You will always be given an honest and realistic estimate for your order.

Returns do not apply to wholesale orders.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
All packages are insured, to qualify for a refund on damaged items, a damage report must be submitted within 3 days of delivery.

The report must include:

• A photo of the outer packaging, and

• A photo of the damaged item

If the report is received correctly, you will be eligible for a refund.

Minor variations in size, shape, and colour are a natural characteristic of handmade ceramics and should be expected and enjoyed.

Great care is taken to create consistency across similar pieces but an exact match cannot be guaranteed- this is part of what makes each item truly unique.

Every piece is handmade by one woman (Marie) who works out of her home studio in Toronto, Canada.

Each piece is stamped with an "L”, or the full wordmark “Lambshead”‍.

For collaborations, an additional or custom stamp can be applied on the base.

You will be asked to provide your brand vector file (specs will be provided) so that Marie can create a collaboration stamp design.

Stamp design and production fee is a flat $200.
